Happy New Year from Hay Theatre

What a great start to 2026! Rehearsals are in full swing for our Senior Youth Theatre production of Towards Zero by Agatha Christie, directed by Hay Theatre's Artistic Director Janine Sharp. We’ll be performing at Clyro Village Hall on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

Funded by National Lottery Wales and the PAVO Youth-Led Grant Scheme, this project has been led by a brilliant cast of twenty 11–18 year-olds. They chose the play themselves and are designing and making the set, props and costumes too. Wanting to create something our older audience would really enjoy, they went for a classic murder mystery with a traditional feel.

Can’t wait until March? Come and see the group in action at our open rehearsals/ workshop/masterclasses on January 31st (1-5pm) and February 18^th (2-3pm) at Clyro Village Hall.
