Sue Hodgetts, Hay Theatre Business Director

 

Sue is co-founder of Hay Theatre Company in May 2013. Her role includes consulting with the Artistic Director to translate artistic vision into focused action plans and direction using industry best practice for developing business cases, planning and project management.  Having grown up in Cardiff, Sue also provides input into projects from a Welsh heritage and education viewpoint.

Bringing experience of operating at a senior level ranging from managing a small team of specialists to managing multiple teams of over 300 staff, contractors and multi-million pound projects. Sue also ran her own craft business and enjoys sourcing and making costumes and props for Hay Theatre productions. She is a qualified Life Coach.
