Hay Theatre CIC was established in May 2013 as a not-for-profit community theatre and performance arts company and in autumn 2013 as an Arts Award Centre. Our mission is.....

Delivering performing arts activities which benefit the community in the Hay-on-Wye, Powys and Herefordshire border area.

Providing an imaginative, intergenerational environment and sustainable training ground for theatre and performance.

Facilitating the practice of individual artistic expression through professionally led theatre and production techniques.
Hay Theatre Company runs regular Theatre workshops for all ages based in Hay-on-Wye, led by professional artistic director Janine Sharp.

No experience is necessary and newcomers are always welcome.
Private tuition in performance, drama, vocal training, mentoring and theatrical commissions are undertaken.
